Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

What type of clients do you typically work with?

A:

I work with a diverse range of clients across the health, science, and leadership sectors. This includes individual researchers and medical providers seeking scientific, clinical, or leadership consultation, as well as research labs, universities, hospitals, foundations, and biotechnology companies. Whether supporting investigators in developing competitive grant applications, advising organizations on strategic program growth, or guiding professionals through leadership development, I tailor each engagement to align with the client’s specific goals and needs.

Q:

Do you offer both short-term and long-term consulting engagements?

A:

Yes. I offer flexible consulting arrangements to meet each client’s needs. Engagements can range from one-time sessions focused on a specific question or project, to short-term collaborations supporting defined deliverables, to long-term partnerships that provide ongoing strategic or scientific guidance. This flexibility allows clients to choose the level of support that best fits their goals, timeline, and resources.

Q:

How is confidentiality handled?

A:

Confidentiality is a top priority in all consulting and leadership engagements. Any information shared during sessions or through reviewed materials is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone outside the consultation without your explicit permission. All discussions, documents, and project materials are handled with the utmost care to ensure privacy, trust, and professional integrity.

A:

How are your consulting fees structured?

Consulting fees are structured based on the scope, duration, and nature of the engagement. Fees vary depending on whether we meet for a one-time session, establish a short-term project, or develop a long-term partnership. Rates are also influenced by the type of client and available resources—for example, whether the client is an individual researcher, a lab with active research funding, or a university, medical institution, foundation, or biotechnology company with larger-scale support. Fees reflect the depth of my experience and expertise developed over more than 15 years in research leadership, clinical science, and program development. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and identify a structure that is transparent, equitable, and aligned with your needs.
